You can use the following process to apply for a claim.

 
 

 

CLAIM INTIMATION

Please remember that you must submit your claim as soon as practicable, but no later than 30 days from the date of the accident.

For serious accidents, which may lead to inpatient hospital treatment, emergency repatriation or in the event of an insured’s death, please contact our UAE toll-free number 800 SUKOON (785666) or email us at generalinsuranceclaims@sukoon.com.

When you contact us, you will be prompted for your policy number, which you can find in the Policy Schedule.

You will need to:
 
a. Request a claim form along with the completion instructions
b. Complete the claim form and return it to us together with the required original supporting documentation
c. Give brief details of the loss circumstances
