In accordance with recent data privacy and anti-spam regulations introduced by the UAE’s Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRA) and telecommunication operators, Oman Insurance Company invites you to provide a one-time consent to send SMS and emails pertinent to your policy, value added services, important announcements related to the product or service you are using, and to keep you informed when we introduce new offers, discounts and promotions.

Please note that even after you provide this consent, you can easily opt out and/or unsubscribe from these messages at any time. 

 

  • (1) To Oman Insurance Company (‘Company’) to collect, store, disclose and/or transfer your, the proposer, the insured’s (altogether ‘you’/‘your’) data, personally identifiable information) to third parties including but not limited to reinsurers, brokers, surveyors, loss adjustors, loss assessors , IT service providers, claim administrators, medical providers, emergency support/assistance providers, professional advisors, consultants, auditors, additional administrative and/or support service providers, and other entities or persons , whether within or outside the UAE, as may be required in relation to underwriting, issuing, administering, processing, reinsuring, of your proposal, insurance policy, claims, or for any other purpose(s) as may be required by the Company, including but not limited to sharing your data, personally identifiable information within our group, parent, partner companies for research, product development, strategic, analytical, statistical purposes. (2) To the Company and its third-party partners, service providers to contact you/the proposer/the insured anytime (including electronically through email, SMS, mobile apps, social media or telephone) for seeking any additional information and/or for providing any additional information in relation to your application and/or insurance policy if any issued.

  • To the company to send carefully selected promotional and marketing messages. This consent specially overrides any do not disturb/unsubscribe option which you may have earlier availed.
