We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We can then facilitate arrangements for hospital admission, emergency repatriation, authorization and direct settlement of inpatient hospital medical expenses.
When you call, you will be prompted for your policy number, as stated in your Certificate of Insurance.
In case it's an urgent emergency and you cannot contact our emergency global assistance service before hospital admission, you will need to contact them as soon as possible thereafter.
